Our 180-day warranty states that, product will not have any manufacturing defects, and, if the product fails, breaks or have ink issue due to a manufacturing defect during the time period, we will either replace the product or issue a credit equal to the value of the failed product. Inkerr.in reserves the right to investigate the claim and determine whether the failed product is covered by our warranty or not.

6) How long does it take to receive my order?
Once the approval is given from your side on your order's proof, it will take 24-48 hours for processing and 4-7 working days for the delivery

8) What does Inkerr not entertain when it comes to Reprint & Refund?
o If the product is been wrongly selected by customer no refund or reprint would be entertained.
o Once the product is approved from customer’s end it can't be changed. We charge for any further changes if the product status is "IN PRODUCTION".
o If the product is damaged in transit, refund or reship can be done as per customer’s requirement (Note: No changes in the product will be accepted)
o If the customer wants something different to be printed then he'll have to pay extra for the same
9) What is Inkerr's return policy?
If there is any discrepancy in the product received, we will send a replacement with priority shipping at no extra charge to the customer. All returns must be reported within 48 hours from the date the product is received. Customers must follow the below mentioned steps in order to get a refund.
o Go to "my account" to create an online ticket. Here, customers must attach a picture of the damaged or incorrect product(s). The customer representative will respond within one business day and resolve the issue ASAP. In some cases, Inkerr will ask for additional information related to the damaged product.
o Refunds will be issued within 48 hours if the online ticket is approved and customers wish to receive their refund in the same payment form, which was used at the time of purchase.
10) How many colors can each banner have?
Inkerr does not have a color limit on its custom banners, allowing customers to include as many photos or graphics on their displays.
11) Can Inkerr print on both sides of the banner?
We cannot print on both sides of one vinyl banner, but our two-sided banners are made with two banners attached together. This prevents either print from showing through the order while providing twice the durability.
12) What file types are recommended for artwork uploads?
Be sure to convert all fonts to outlines or curves before sending the file. Please set the size of the proof in proportion to the exact size of the custom banner's order. There's no need to include bleeds in the proof, unless it is a part of the graphic. All text should be at least two inches from the edge of the banner's grommets. Acceptable formats include:
o EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)
o AI (Adobe Illustrator)
o PDF (Adobe Reader PDF)
o PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
o JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
o TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)
Depending on the resolution and pixels, PSD, JPG, TIFF files get blurry when enlarged. Thumbnail JPGs or GIFs cannot be used for large prints. While submitting the files, please follow these guidelines.
o 100 percent scale (full size output) at 100 dpi
o 50 percent scale at 200 dpi or higher
o 25 percent scale at 300 dpi or higher
o 10 percent scale at 600-1200 dpi
Vector Line art is scalable to any size, it never loses resolution and the image stays clean and crisp. Vector files can be submitted of any size, in proportion to your banner's size.
13) May I purchase a custom sized banner?
Yes, you can.
14) Does Inkerr make vertical print banners?
Yes we do.
15) Do the custom banners have grommets or holes along the side for hanging? If so, can I order more for my signage?
All of our banners include grommets every three to four feet from another—per industry standards. If your banner needs to have grommets placed in specific parts of it, please explain in the "special instructions" box while placing the order.
16) Do the banners have slits for the wind?
Our vinyl banners do not come with wind slits, but this can be arranged for an additional charge. However, we do have a collection of mesh banners, which are made with loosely woven vinyl that can withstand heavy winds.
17) Can I see proof of my order before making payment?
Yes you can by selecting the option “Payment on artwork approval” while placing the order
18) When will I receive a proof for my order?
Customers that use the Design Tool web application, can instantly see the rough image. Our designers will get the finalized proof within 48 hours. If we are designing the banner, it can take up to 48 hours depending on the customer's request.
19) What if the colors on the custom banner don't come out the way I expected?
Printers at Inkerr are calibrated to print colors accurately to the order, but in cases that they are not, we cannot be held responsible. The appearance of the thumbnail could be different on our screens and equipment compared to the customer's.
We will not issue refunds or accept returns due to color, depth or tone. We address each of these situations on a case-by-case basis.
We recommend everyone to refer to our FAQs on colors and image uploads. If a customer is looking for a specific color, please mention that in "special instructions."
20) I'm not comfortable with using credit cards over the internet, does Inkerr offer a phone or fax alternative?
Inkerr does not accept any kind of orders via phone or fax.Credit card processing through our website is handled by a reputed company. Inkerr personally does not retain, file or view a customer's credit card information.
21) Will I get a full refund if I don't wish to go with the order after 60 days?
No, refund will be initiated only within 30 days from the date order is placed, if order is not printed.
22) What is the difference between 340 GSM vinyl material and 510 GSM?
510 GSM vinyl is a heavier material than 340 GSM vinyl, it makes banners more durable while adding life to the display. We recommend this option for outdoor custom banners.
